「We enjoyed the spacious size of our room and the overall ambiance was fun! We were in a king room seemed darker than usual with dark blue furnishing and dark walls. Lighting was an issue. The were few lamps and overhead lighting is limited. We had to be very careful not to lose things on the dark counters. The staff, especially Cory were happy and helpful. The restaurant and roof top bar were enjoyable!!! Highly recommend both.」

「We loved our room. It was large and well furnished. It had a complete kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer. No need to buy or go in search of dish or laundry detergent - everything was provided. A modern facility with friendly staff and a convenient location. Customer service on the whole is not particularly friendly in Asheville for reasons that are unclear. But the staff at the Artful Way always had a ready smile and went out of their way to help meet any need.」

「窗戶和门都很老，住在一樓安全看不到任何風景」

「Friendly staff. Nice environment with rooftop views bar which serves tasty pizzas. Spacious room. Complementary reception is an extra bonus! Definitely recommend it!」

「The Doubletree by Hilton exceeded all expectations. It was in a great location, easy to walk to everything. The front desk staff were so nice and the hotel was really clean with a nice rooftop and we use the gym. It was small but perfect for a hotel gym with all the equipment working! Would definitely stay again if I ever came back to Asheville!」
