"We came to celebrate 2 kids birthdays and for spring break. Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Tons of things for kids to do. Three kids ages 12, 9 and 6 and our kids loved the indoor pool area. The kids never once said they were bored. We will definitely be coming back once we can swim outdoors too!"

"We were there for spring break for 5 days. Breakfast was the same food everyday. Bread was always empty, plates always empty, food was not that great. Pool was cold and water was very cloudy. Our swim wuiys smelled so bad after swimming. I would not stay again. "

"The property looked very maintained and clean. The room looked clean. Great balcony over looking creek. That’s where it ends. I woke up the next morning with bites on my arms, stomach, legs and face. Wasn’t sure what it was but it itched terribly. Doctor confirmed probably bed bugs. I called immediately and told front desk receptionist. He informed me that no one else had complained and I must have got those bites somewhere else. I assured him that’s the only place we stayed. He was rude and refused to listen to me. Please do not stay at Twin Mountain Resorts. You will regret it. "
