Carpet very dirty; our feet was philthy. Kids unattended with parent. Cheapest toilet paper found in Pigeon Forge. Could have been detailed clean. Beds very high. Check in girl circled wrong building so pushed full cart between two buildings upon arrival while extremely tired.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was nice. However, the AC unit in the room is so loud and it blows air right at your head since the unit is located on the same side as the beds. There weren’t a lot of functional outlets so my party and I had to utilize all outlets including the ones in the bathroom to charge our electronics. The carpet in the room was pretty dirty so was the pull out bed. No drawers for storage. The free breakfast was disappointing. They only put a set amount of bread out a day so since we weren’t there at opening we missed the bagels. The fruit was not fresh. The bananas were brown and not appetizing. Overall OK for the price and location. It is less than a 10 minute drive to Dollywood and there’s a Denny’s and Pizza Hut right next door.

They offered more choices than expected for breakfast. All the food was fresh and hot. Restocked frequently. Staff was kind and polite. The facility was exceptionally clean.

Well, not ever stay here again very misleading night manager that checked us and was very rude. Did not get what I paid for. The pool was cold as ice.

I will never stay here again. The pool was cold as ice the rooms look nothing like what they were supposed to look like I was put on the wrong side from what I was told I would be on and I did not have joining rooms like what I paid for the night clerk was rude and didn’t bother to give me bands to go to the pool or to breakfast I made the best of it just to get me through my vacation, but I will never ever stay here again

The hotel was really clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The pool area was clean and so were the rooms. Only thing that was troubling is parking. But overall my family and I enjoyed ourselves very much.!

Room was clean. Staff was ok. Near everything. Bed was hard as a rock. Shower didnt have enough water pressure for my thick hair. Pool was cloudy blue not clear blue. Elevators didnt work one night. Not enough elevators or stair ways to rooms. A bit confusing too.

Family of five, 3 kids 2 adults, teenager, middle and toddler. We had to move rooms because the first night the door slammed shut every 5 mins the ENTIRE night and it kept us all awake. After moving to a new room the following day the air conditioner was broken and only worked if you turned it down to 54 degrees. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed the entire week. The room.size was nice but the balcony railing felt like it would crumble due to all the rust. Chairs were so cheap we were scared to sit in them. Room service was FABULOUS minus the time was asked for shampoo to be refilled and we ended up havjng to go down to get it ourselves. Front desk staff were fantastic and thats the only reason we even offered to get the shampoo ourselves. The pool was mediocre at best and for 3 days had pieces of foam or plastic floating in it. The chlorine fumes were so poorly vented that all of our lungs/chests are sore. There was BLACK MOLD throughout the ceiling tiles of BOTH BATHROOMS IN TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS as well as on BOTH shower heads. The bed was comfy, the couch was not. The breakfast was awful, however the waffles were great. We also loved the juice options. The hot beverages in the lobby were really good as well. All in all we wont be back. We should have known better than to stay here when we opted to pay at the counter and our payment was taken from our bank account 2 months before we arrived.
