「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

「Place met description of post. Location was great relative to amenities nearby. Dining area only sat 4 (there were 5 of us), there wasn’t enough spoons (seemed odd) and beds in second room were a bit uncomfortable. Our overall stay was great and would recommend to anyone who is just looking for a place to sleep. Communication with host was excellent!」

「Center fountain was closed entire time; hallway carpeting was old, dirty & ripped; no exhaust fan in bathroom so it would get too hot & steamy; we ordered our meal & wanted the staff to bring it to the pool area but were told to come back inside in 25 mins to pickup our meal. 」
