Center fountain was closed entire time; hallway carpeting was old, dirty & ripped; no exhaust fan in bathroom so it would get too hot & steamy; we ordered our meal & wanted the staff to bring it to the pool area but were told to come back inside in 25 mins to pickup our meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here and it is indeed as described. The property is serene and we loved that we woke up to birds, iguanas, and even saw new crabs that in hiding. It is a lovely, exceptional place indeed. Our stay will be etched in our memories forever and we'd love to be back!
