This place was amazing for my family of 5. The host is always available and so friendly! The villa was stunning. So clean and with nice furniture. They had lots of beach towels and chairs and pool toys available too! It felt safe and homey. I would absolutely recommend for your family and we will be coming back!

Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up arrival turned into one of the best stays, 1000 plus square feet, three bedroom, full kitchen all the amenities, multiple pools, beach’s three minutes away, great patio furniture, hammock, two parking spots and the scenery like my 14 yrs old said what more can you ask for!!!! Alex, Zander, staff, Villa vacation THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME FOD MY WIFES BIRTHDAY WISH!!!!

We loved our stay ay this Villa. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the proximity to San Juan and the amenities of the villas. Communication for everything was excellent. Our blinds fell on the floor and by the time we got back from our outing it was taken care of. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the property. The beach was quiet and very private. Definitely would love to come back.

The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Alex the manager was readily available and provided us with different options for dinning and places to explore. The gate guards and security staff were also very helpful. We had a pizza dinner on our last night and we treated them as a Thank You! The Villa was perfect in size for our family of five. My husband, two boys and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping in the clouds. Happy we booked with Lakeside Villa at Villa Y-1. We are definitely coming back.

Alex was great to answer all our questions and concerns We did have a couple issues with the fride hamdle.and the dront of a drawer falling off and there was hair and sand.in a couple bed drawers, but besides that the place was beautiful.
