"The pool is gorgeous! The rooms could use an upgrade. There's no fan in the bathroom in the room. The amenities were great, when they were open. Bowling and go carts were open only 1 of the 4 days we were there. No one seemed to know they weren't going to be open the following day, so several times we planned our day around amenities that weren't available, again. That was very frustrating. "

"Clean room. Helpful/courteous staff. We were cold. Would have liked to have real blankets. Perfect location for exploring Old San Juan. Great restaurants nearby."

"Stayed overnight at the hotel to explore Old San Juan with family and friends. Hotel is accesible to Old SJ. It is clean and the room is huge. "

"Rooms and rooftop areas need a deep cleaning. Cigarette butts and a non working drink vending machine on the rooftop. Pool was closed, we weren’t informed. 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for 2 guests, the rooms weren’t even decorated as seen in the online pictures. . No tissues, paper towels in the room or bathrooms in the building. Overall not what we saw in pictures at all! Bathroom amenities were lacking. Several hair conditioners, no body lotion. Sadly didn’t take any pictures. "
