「Family friendly with excellent breakfast. Communal kitchen and lounge/ dining area. Extremely helpful staff . The bedroom had light with emergency lighting which is not conducive to a good nights sleep if you are a light sleeper.」

The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. 「The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky.
