"Such a quaint property in a historic home turned into a b & b. The living room and kitchen were such welcoming spaces with beautiful art pieces on the wall and bookcases. The room we stayed in was pretty small, luckily the warmness of the owner and the common spaces made us feel taken care of and at home. "
"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is centrally located in the city center, walkable to main attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfortable, Wifi reliable, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, easy check-in, great communication with the host. I enthusiastically recommend this apartment when in Reykjavik."
" Location. It was centrally located with lots of shopping and good eateries. The Hotel itself was very comfortable, clean with friendly and helpful staff."

"Comfortable and clean we loved using the hot tub each night and loved that we had a Starbucks attached as well as a lovely restaurant/ bar as well"
"We stayed for 2 nights and it was a great stay. Rooms were nice and clean and we had a balcony room. It is right in the centre of town and next to a grocery store and many restaurants and shops. Will not hesitate to stay here again. "
"When I was searching for lodging in Reykjavik, this hotel stood out as being unusually nice. As we arrived, the staff were very friendly, helpful and stored our luggage since we arrived in the morning. The units were spotless, spacious, very modern and included kitchen amenities that we loved. We were within quick walking distance to the picturesque harbor, museums and restaurants. We were also within easy walking distance of Harpa, Sun Voyager and the fun shopping and restaurants that everyone says you should see. When it was time for us to leave, the staff ordered taxis the day before to make sure we could easily get to the cruise port. This stay could not have better!"
The dynamic architectural design and picturesque location of this modern civic building near the Tjörnin lakeside has made it a landmark in downtown Reykjavík.
