The hotel from the moment you walk in doesn’t disappoint it is very relaxed and comfortable and immaculate! The staff is so friendly! I arrived on an early morning flight and allowed me to check in at 6:30 am with a room upgrade. The room was cozy, spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring and hiking! One of the BEST hotel experiences I have ever had, and I travel a lot!

This hotel is beautiful, room is beautiful and the mini bar included is a very nice touch. My one complaint is access! The maps don’t take you to the right location and they have no signage that can be seen from the driving areas. Also having to pay for parking in a huge annoyance. I loved the hotel but if I was staying multiple nights I would not stay here again because 12 hours a day parking fees adds up and Iceland is already crazy expensive.

Great hotel and location!

Helpful staff. They would go the extra step. Very clean hotel and great location. Cool bar and lobby. Loved the room decor and setup. Only small gripe was lowest volume on TV was too loud. I tried to go lower, but volume would go silent. Otherwise, a great stay and I would stay again!
