A beautiful hotel located centrally. Staff was professional & helpful. I used the sauna which was nice. The steam room was not available. Rooms were clean. The bar had a nice happy hour and was decorated well with views of the street. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Saga Reykjavik. We felt welcome from the time we checked in until our departure. The daily breakfast was also a fantastic start to our day. The room was very comfortable and bathroom amazing. Our only suggestion and very minor detail would be to allow guests to turn the temperature down further than the air conditioning allowed to a preferred comfort level as we found the room quite warm at night even with the window slightly open being cold outside.

The room was clean. The staff was wonderful! They were very kind, helpful and professional. We made sure to include the breakfast option with our stay and it was well worth the price.
