Good location. Easy and safe walk to Reykjavik city centre. Tours/Flybus pick up and drop off from directly outside the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. Great choice at the buffet breakfast and the restaurant food is delicious

The hotel was clean and the location was convenient, especially for pickups and drop-offs for excursions. It’s also a 10 minute drive from the downtown area. However, the only staff member who showed true hospitality was Olga. The rest kept bored faces, barely even looked at you, and were dismissive as if they were doing you a favor by working there.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel also has a really nice restaurant with great food and atmosphere. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable with very helpful staff. Although not close to the city centre, it is within walking distance. Breakfast offered an ample selection of good quality options. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel because the menu looked overpriced.
