「The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. 「I had an enjoyable stay at the Boho Bohemian located in Pietermaai. Very friendly staff. I was given a room with a balcony. The hotel is managed by the same folks who own the much larger Hotel Kloster located two short blocks away. There is no on-site front desk staff at the Boho, so you must either call or walk to the Kloster for requests. Some of the room technology was not working -wifi, television - at the Boho, so I had to make calls, Zoom meetings and use my computer in the meeting...

「This is my honest review for this hotel. Communication was excellent through Expedia’s messaging system, and WhatsApp. They were very helpful leading up to and upon our arrival. Overall, the staff was fine. Some of the staff members were a little bit aloof, and not that helpful, and some of them were very helpful. The staff is very young and I think lacking in customer service training in some cases. We paid for their nicest suite, which includes what was supposed to be a private terrace....

「Check-in was easy. There is an elevator, but I didn't use it because it is a little slow, and I was near the stairs. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, and multiple outlets available (you need an adaptor if you don't have the European style prongs).
