「Everything was very pleasant would stay here again if the situation presented itself. 」

「My mother’s room had throw up on the chair and bathroom smelled like sewage. My room had stains all over the sofa. Just didn’t feel overall clean. Resort fee is $55 a night and felt high for no real amenities. 」

She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy. Very poor customer service.
