「I had to get housekeeping to come clean the floors as they weren’t clean. Coffee spill on nightstand. Otherwise the room was clean. Comfy pillow and bed. Beautiful view. Quick check in. Room service food was great. 」

「The location of the Inn is ideal. About a block to the beach and walking distance to Asbury Park main street. However the property itself shows signs of wear. The bedrooms are small and have uncomfortable beds. The room was very dusty and did not look like it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There is not a bathroom in the room, you have to use a shared bathroom with other guests. Over all the location is great but the property itself needs to be remodeled and cleaned. 」

「This is our second time staying here within a year. We were here last year for our son's basketball tournament. Faye, who checked, us in was super helpful, patient and bubbly despite the hordes of people checking in. We travel a lot and find that people aren't always hospitable. Faye was awesome. We only stayed overnight so most amenities weren't used. Our check out was seamless and Ian was a pleasure to work with during check out. Overall, a great experience. 「The AC was wonderful. The WiFi was terrific. There were plenty of outlets to plug in. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. 」

「We arrived to find people in the parking lot drinking various types of alcohol and women who appeared to be escorts. The place felt very unsafe. We requested a refund as we did not feel safe due to the clientele and were denied. The concierge was very rude stating that other guests feel safe so we would not be refunded. 」

「Incredibly loud. Walls are paper thin. Music blasting from restaurant until 12am. Check in process overly complicated. 」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. Classic old hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Room was large comfortable and updated. Location right next to the beach. We will certainly stay again. 」
