「Room was very clean. Loved that they offered a microwave in the room and their fridge was good-sized. The AC unit was a little loud, however. 」

「Room looked like it was recently renovated within the last year or so - clean, streamlined. One thing I did not like is that as a global entity you did not offer complimentary breakfast as many others do. I thought the lady when i checked in said they serverd breafast which i thought was continental. When i went down it was a counter to "buy" items - very disappointing based on the global reach you have. thought you could do better than that. 」

「Wonderful historic hotel in the Pt Richmond area. It’s charming, clean, and walkable to many nearby shops and restaurants. It is my absolute favorite place to stay in this area.」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
