「Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. 」

「This property is not well maintained, and the room was dirty. There were smudges on the bathroom mirror and the hall mirror. The carpet was dirty. I did let management know and they said they had new staff that they were training.」

「We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.」

「The entire vibe was so weighing and cozy. I haven't slept that good in years and I usually struggle to sleep on vacation. It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to enjoy on our trip.」

「Check in was challenging. We requested a quiet room and we arrived to the room closest to a busy road. Our shower drain was clogged, so I showered in dirty water. The internet was intermittent the entire two days. The area is not pedestrian friendly. The hotel is right by the intersection of two busy highways. It’s noisy. I would not stay there again. Also they were still working on the building we were in. The two upper rooms were done but the bottom was not. We heard construction noise until...

「the TV didn't work and half way thru a shower the freaking water turned extremely hot for no reason but the bed was comfortable that was the only good thing」
