「We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. 「Wij hadden 3 kamers naast elkaar. Dat was top maar we zaten in een gedeelte wat nog niet af was ofzo. Betonnen muren en rook niet heel fris op de gang. Kamer verder wel in orde.」

「Séjour catastrophique de 3 nuits (samedi-mardi) pour un couple avec enfant, chambre 115. Dès l'arrivée, lavabo bouché signalé à 14h à l'accueil, sans intervention. À 18h, nouveau signalement : une fuite d'eau au plafond de la réception était visible (seaux et serviettes au sol). L'agent, seul en poste, dit ne pas pouvoir intervenir immédiatement mais promet de régler le problème. À notre retour à 2h du matin, le lavabo était toujours bouché. Autres soucis dans cette chambre : salle de bains...

「The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. 」

「Very well placed for visiting Ypres centre. Parking was free and secure. Room was very good all round. We would definitely stay here again. Restaurant and bar are expensive relative to the alternatives in a very short walk of the hotel.」

「Tout était parfait hormis la VMC de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionnait pas (chambre 117). La vue sur le lac était bien agréable et le petit déjeuner bien complet. Personnels très sympathiques. Parking aisé. 」

「Practico porque al lado de la autopista pero aun para una noche la habitación es antigua, sucia, alguien había utilizado el baño y no había tirado de la cisterna, fue bastante dudoso si habían limpiado la habitación pero llegamos de noche para irnos pronto al día siguiente entonces no perdimos más tiempo informado a la recepción queríamos solo dormir y irnos rápido 」

The staff are so friendly, the breakfast is lovely, the rooms are small but really clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable we have slept in and if you can see my other reviews we are very very fussy!
