「Bed. Very comfy. Breakfast home made cookies and yoghurt Hostess very obliging pleasant lady A bigger tv would have made it perfect For my partner.. Had to leave early due to flooding back in UK. Large interesting property decorated in traditional french style . Free parking right outside. 」

「A truly wonderful hidden gem on the French countryside not too far away from Calais. The hosts have created a unique experience in their old farm house with a beautiful large garden even with their own hedge maze in the back garden. Pet friendly, cozy place, comfortable bed in a well equipped room with brick walls and nice decorations both in and outside. Breakfast is served in the conservatory in the main house. Chickens and ducks walk freely around. We loved it!」

「We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. 」

「Delightful stay with kind and attentive staff in an historic building. Only whinge (also mentioned elsewhere) is the automatic light that comes on in the night (as you tiptoe to the bathroom) and wakes your partner」

「La chambre est joliment décorée, néanmoins très froide à cette période. Le vrai problème est que le réseau wifi n’est pas prévu pour avoir autant de TV connectée donc impossible de regarder la TV à partir de 20h… ça manque d’explication dans l’ensemble. De plus j’avais pris la grande chambre (65 m2, et on m’a envoyé un sms pour me dire qu’il y avait un doublon donc j’étais censé avoir un chambre équivalente … résultat 25 m2 et pas de TV」

「Kind welcome by Aurelia and her husband . The room was lovely and had everything that we needed for our night stay . The breakfast was special , so much of it and plenty of choice . Many thanks , I’m only sorry that I didn’t have time to look in the little boutique shop again . 」
