「Well appointed rooms and really well designed with some nice personal touches on arrival. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking at rear. Highly recommend would stay again 」

「I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!」

「Room needed some attention, dripping shower, slow emptying sink, broken blind and needed more light. Beds extremely comfortable and in a fab location for the city centre. Room was clean. 」

「Room was small,but very clean and warm.Tea and coffee provided. Stayed for one night before going to the ferry port. Breakfast was not included the price but was well worth paying for in the morning. Would definitely use it again. 」

「There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. 」
