"Room and location was great! Only Bad thing was the elevator upon check out was terrible. Even though there are 4 elevators, it still took over 10 minutes to wait for an elevator so be careful of that around check out time (11am) "

"Be prepared for minimalist amenities. No fridge (though available on request), no phone in the room, need your smart phone and their app to open and close the window shade, housekeeping every 3rd or 4th day, view from the room was only an alley and the back yards of some old houses, no comfortable chairs, 3 small drawers, cable tv did not work reliably and they didn't have anyone to fix it, and didn't seem to care. No complimentary breakfast. Pricey for what you get. On the other hand, beds and pillows were very comfortable, the place was clean and quiet, and the location in the museum district is great. "
