「Great hotel 」

「Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!」

「Goodseed Suites was essentially as expected. Room was small, but its an adequate base if you’re planning on doing a lot around town and need a place to sleep.」

「The apartment was cozy. It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street...

「The heating was hard to understand and at time it got hot in the room but it cooled down when we went to bed and we slept comfortably. The kitchen was set to very good had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Bathroom was well stocked with soap towels and toilet paper. 」

「Clean room, polite staff, and a kitchenette. Also has a great restaurant on the top floor. You CANNOT bill to your room for the restaurant service as it isn't owned by the Marriott. Free breakfast in the lobby and 24 hour coffee. Walking distance to the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia which has multiple cuisines and drinking establishments. 」

「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.」
