「酒店没有招牌，很难找。旁边也不能停车。最难受的是酒店挨着轻轨，每隔几分钟就有车通过，从早上7点到晚上24点不停。几乎没有睡着。房间油漆味很重。」

「This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We stayed only one night and if needed we could have stayed long. Next time we are in Philly we will absolutely stay there again. It’s no frills but doesn’t need to be!」

「There's no staff, but you get plenty of information prior to your stay. Shower is tiny, but stocked with soaps in case needed (bring your own). Overall quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend for a week or more since kitchenette and mini fridge are included.」

「Clean room and beautiful view」

「Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」

「Love the moody setting had a great time, bed very comfortable spacious room and nice views! Front desk very helpful and nice looking. Close to restaurants and not too far of a walk to the water. Def would stay again!」

「Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.」

「I am very picky about cleanliness and let me tell you…I couldn’t find one single thing out of order. We had just come from a similarly rated hotel in New York and Penn’s View was 10 times better. Very friendly staff and excellent location in historic area. Had dinner at Panorama and it was fabulous!」
