「Great hotel that has the potential to be even better. The food was incredible, and the decor was warm and inviting. Staff could be warmer and more welcoming to visitors, but overall it was a great stay.」

「The main lobby smelt like animal pee, elevator was slow so we took the stairs most of the time. Neighborhood wasn’t super convenient, and the stay came with no parking details so you have to fend for yourself. You had to pay a $250 deposit hold when you got there (normal for a hotel) and for some reason the front desk kept pushing the one time $50 option that want refundable). The rooms were clean but you could tell common areas in the unit were cleaned just enough, hair ties left around, dust...

「There's no staff, but you get plenty of information prior to your stay. Shower is tiny, but stocked with soaps in case needed (bring your own). Overall quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend for a week or more since kitchenette and mini fridge are included.」

「Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」

「Huge comfortable suites, clean spaces, excellent bedding and linens. Good quality mattress. Large airy windows, green and river views. Only thing I would change would be color choice in the corridors: the matt black was endless and a poor choice for hallways and common areas. Otherwise an excellent stay」
