Accomodated my request for a room on the lower floor near the elevator😊Enjoyed my overnight stay..was able to partake of the early breakfast! "I decided to do a staycation for my birthday at the W. and from check-in up until I checked out my experience was great. Silvia checked me in and offered me a champagne glass and a choice of a dessert for my birthday staycation. After checking into the room she followed up with me to see if I liked the room as well. My room was spacious, clean and had a perfect view. The staff on the premises were also kind, from the restaurant at Dolce to the night lounge within the lobby. I will definitely consider another staycation at the W."

"Close to the Amtrak train station and clean room with a comfortable bed. Not the most friendliest staff and the coffe shop in the lobby serves cold coffee!!! It was my second time staying there and the coffee is always cold!"

"Everything was great about the experience exception of the bedsheets. Once the comforter was pulled back there was a little bit of blood stain on the actual sheet and a few dirt spots besides that everything else was good."
