「Goodseed Suites was essentially as expected. Room was small, but its an adequate base if you’re planning on doing a lot around town and need a place to sleep.」

「It was cozy, plenty of parking, quiet, and safe with codes to get in each door. The directions are e mailed prompty 5 minutes before you can check in. The manager happened to be there when I got there and was nice. He directed me where to park and how to get in. I will stay here again.」

「The heating was hard to understand and at time it got hot in the room but it cooled down when we went to bed and we slept comfortably. The kitchen was set to very good had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Bathroom was well stocked with soap towels and toilet paper. 」

「Was easy to access, comfortable, though more lighting in the room might have been nice. The property manager also came across as somewhat passive-aggressive.」

「This place was amazing. Exactly as pictured and described. Very easy to navigate and the directions super easy. We will certainly stay here again. 」

「The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty....

「This apartment/studio was perfect for a long weekend. Very nice and thoughtful design of the space and amenities. While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. Location in old city is excellent and provided a good base for exploring Philly. Highly recommend」
