It was a nice hotel. The only thing I would say is my check in time was at 3pm. I arrived at 4 and the staff was shocked that I booked two double bed rooms. That’s when the supervisor in charge left to go have the rooms cleaned and ready for us. I had to wait until 5 to get my room. I tried to sees if I can get back some money since I didn’t get my room for the full amount of time and was told by the front desk staff that we do not booked but hours but by night

Bad internet the personal is bad!!! To much people inside the hotel that aren't paying for rooms trying to opened doors at night not recommended for any reason to stay in these place

The entire hotel had a strange, unpleasant smell, and our room specifically smelled like smoke. The bathroom ceiling tiles were falling out, and the room itself was exceptionally small for the price. The hotel also advertised having a pack-and-play available, but when we arrived one staff member said the “one they had” was already being used, while another said it was broken. Either way, it wasn’t available, which meant my two-year-old had to be up roaming the room all night. The “continental breakfast” consisted only of granola bars and cereal. The orange juice was expired, and my toddler vomited after drinking it. Parking was another major issue. There is essentially no parking available at the hotel. We ended up paying over $140 to park at the cheapest lot we could find within a reasonable walking distance. It was $59 for the first 24 hours, but on Saturday and Sunday they charge “event parking,” which is $49 every 12 hours. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
