We called twice in advance two weeks before and the day before to confirm that engagement photos were permitted for guests. Despite this, staff interrupted us three separate times during our shoot to demand ID and room numbers. It was unprofessional and felt like harassment, especially after we did our due diligence to follow every rule. No complimentary breakfast. Pricey for what you get. On the other hand, beds and pillows were very comfortable, the place was clean and quiet, and the location in the museum district is great. "

The shower knobs take a little time to figure out, and we later learned from the host that the unit has a small water heater, which can run out quickly. When this happens, it can take up to 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. Since the space has two double beds and can accommodate multiple guests, this could be inconvenient if several people need to shower back-to-back. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely. "
