「The property itself is unique, but lacks amenities like a pool, fitness room or restaurant. They do promote their free parking, but fail to mention there are very few parking spaces. The reality is you have to get back to the hotel early enough at night to secure a space or risk having to illegally park in the fire lane (which they seem to allow during my 4 night stay) or be shuttled to/from a nearby casino parking lot. 「The property was well clean, the $200 deposit was to steep and I shouldn't have had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. On top of that $70 a day for parking outrages. I will not be returning to this hotel.」

「The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. It's an out of the way location in the heart of north Philly but blends in so well with the neighborhood, you'd never believe the quality of it's interior and security. Parking is typical inner city. Set your vanity aside and enjoy it with an open mind.」
