「Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl」

「It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but...

「Nice place」

「A little to close to the highway for me but nice staff and close to historic area.」

「It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!」

「Amazing place」

「The hotel is in opposite The Museum of American Revolution. It’s very convenient to tour for tourists.」

「This is a perfectly located hotel in Philly. Walking distance to many "must visit" places such as the "Rocky Steps", "Avenue of the Flags", "Philadelphia Museum of Art", "Boathouse Row" and all the parks and public facilities nearby. Great to visit as we did in the fall. Short Uber rides further into town to all the historical and cultural sites in Philly. We found the Uber system to be robust and easy to get around - even for us "first timers". The hotel is on the "industrial side" - but...

「Excellent everything. Nice staff, tasty coffee. The room is equipped with everything we need for a whole week. Great location. The only concern is the noise at midnight around downtown.」
