「Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged.
The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not.
Additionally, the hotel charges disproportionate prices on everything: transfer from Cancun airport is 3x more than what we paid, a meal is 2x more than any restaurant in the village, a tour to...

「This hotel is beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very helpful to my husband and I. The menu seems to have many options. However, I ate the same thing almost everyday sometimes twice a day because the options with chicken were so few. I don't eat beef, pork or seafood so could only enjoy molletes every morning. We ended up eating outside of the hotel just to get a variety. 」
