「do not stay here if you are sensitive to mold AT ALL - our room had mold spores on the vents from the A/C and on the walls and smelled very moldy- also the room was not the same as in the pictures they showed online -no windows in the entire room were able to open to try to get some fresh air - we asked for a different room and they said they were sold out - everything felt damp the entire time in the room room and all of our clothing in our luggage smelled like mold when we left the hotel and...

「The decorations and decorating in this unique property was truly beautiful!! Reminded us of our travels to San Miguel de Allende in the state of Guanajuato. Only one thing we didn’t like was that you could hear all the conversations of people having breakfast upstairs. Some people were really loud speakers!! I guess nothing you can do about that?!! Otherwise great!! Thank you!!♥️」

「Pictures very generous compared to reality. Even with all-inclusive option they fail to mention that there is no food or beverage services on site and one must go to another property a block or so away. Otherwise, quiet and acceptable」

「Good access to the beach where we were able to sit in provided chairs under shade. Great access to walk the beach and visit other places. Nice views from our room. Pool is very nice large enough for lap swimming when it opens.」
