"Staff were very helpful and respectful. They had shuttle available 24hrs to travel around the property. Their food were super delicious, the spa etc. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing that i didn't like it's the fact that you have to pay for WiFi after that 24hrs access."

"I really loved this property. The only issue I think I will call out is the room cleanliness. There was dust everywhere and just dirty-looking. I understand having to clean all those rooms…but at least clean simple areas that will be visible to guests. The pool is amazing…my kids loved the slide. Access to the beach is a plus! The staff was awesome and very helpful!"

"As someone who is always nervous about staying at a new hotel …this was 10/10. I literally have no complaints. Just a heads up , they do require a $100 deposit for each night, so be prepared for that. Otherwise , it was amazing. There is a casino/bar in the hotel. If you like a drink like myself , ask for Adam at the casino bar. He is a top tier bartender. The location of the hotel is perfect , you’re about 15 minutes from the airport , and 8-10 minutes from restaurants and beaches. I definitely will be returning!"
