「Every time I stay here, I always get top notch service. The staff were very attentive and prompt especially during the time when we were on the tsunami watch. They were updating everyone on the current situation and disaster plan. We were fortunate enough that the property stayed on the green zone meaning we were safe.」

「it was actually a fabulous day, the pool was great. We had a wonderful view. We went and did the inner tube ride, which was really fun going down the river and through the tunnels. I highly recommend that excursion. Duke was a delicious dinner. Kauai is a wonderful island. It's so beautiful and green. The people are very, very friendly. I would definitely go back and stay here again. Everyone at the Sheraton was extremely friendly. Such good customer service. 」
