「Our room smelt like cigarettes. There were long black hairs on the shower and door. The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no carpet. Overall it was hard to breathe In there because the air was thick and we didn’t get a good nights rest. Also for the record I did send a message to the front desk after check in. It being so late we decided to tough it out since we were only going to be there 7 hours. But NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AGAIN. I...

「In our room we found strands of hair on the shampoo bottles, pubic hair on one of the “clean” towels, and blood on one of the pillows and pillows covers.」

「overall, we had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and hotel spaces were clean and the breakfast was quite good. No problems and no issues.」
