「Price is relatively cheap. Rooms are large enough. Nice breakfast. Good service. Pillows have strange smell, some stains on quilt. Found a spider on the nightstand.」

「I reserved 2 rooms. Neither room had hot water for showers. It was an important weekend and we could not shower. I was told a manager would call me. Never received a phone call.」

「The employees are all very nice and helpful. However, there seemed to be only one person working in the complimentary breakfast. I went down twice both mornings of our stay to find that the hot eggs, meat, and /or sausage gravy and biscuits were not refilled.」

「The room was too cool for the cool outside temperature so I switched the heat on at 67 Degrees and that was a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was a waffle griddle it was okay.」

「The hotel is undergoing renovations and I think a change of ownership. The sign still says it’s a Clarion but it’s advertised as Lansing Delta West. The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy. The grounds, sidewalks and common areas are currently in poor condition which I assume will be taken care of as renovations continue. There is a large indoor pool and patio area that looks like it...

「The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it...
