"Room was recently renovated. Looks like they took old rooms and split them into two smaller rooms. The furniture is old and not in great condition. The lamps were so large they shades were in the way. There is no charger ports for your phones. The door had no door sweep and the hall light blared through. The electric socket in the bathroom did not work and we told the front desk. They were putting in a repair order after we checked out. The tub felt as if it would fall through the floor. The view was not so great. It was on the side of the building and you got a partial view of the water. Most of the view was of the hotel next door. Floors could have been cleaned better. Fuzz and hair remained on the bathroom floor from prior guests. "

"The location is great, right on the beach which is definitely the best part of this hotel. However, the overall experience was just okay — nothing that really wowed me about the room. One thing that stood out was seeing a rat outside the back door near the beach bar area, which was concerning. I also saw a rabbit in the bushes, which I thought was unusual for a beachfront property. Parking became very congested once the weekend crowd arrived, which made it a bit frustrating coming and going. Overall, the location is the biggest plus, but the property and amenities could definitely use some improvement."

"It’s a beautiful property that has lights to light up a piece of the beach at night. The kitchen was great. The view was great. The hot tub/ and pool was unusable due to other guest and their 20 kids. Had to change rooms at 10 at night because there was a water leak from the ceiling that dripped on my face and bed. Bunch of Sheetrock repairs so been an on going issue. Since the hot tub was unusable, the tubs are nice and deep, but the deep chips, if you’re not careful could slice you or your children open. It’s good if you want to stay in the off season like us for 160-180 a night but NOT if you want to pay the 700-800 during the summer for ‘luxury’. The second room, still had terrible Sheetrock repair and the ‘blackout’ curtains will shine directly in your face because of the crack where the sliding door meets the windows. The staff was fantastic. Very nice and sweet. Overall I will only be returning for the off season in this hotel. "

"The hotel was great, the elevators are pretty slow. There was also a incident in front of the hotel which had the street blocked off and I couldn’t return to the hotel for several hours."

"This Hotel just isnt managed properly. The staff wasnt engaged with its guest at all. Clearly a punch in and punch out sort of culture. Our room was missing a shower head. When I told the staff durning checkout the staff member just looked at the "Manager". I asked them for a discount on the room since Me, my wife and my Daughter couldnt even clean up before leaving. I was told since made a reservation through Expeida that I would have to talk to them? What a joke that was. I didnt even get the courtesy of an apology. I only reserved a room, When the the sfaff wouldn't let my wife and daughter check into the room I had to call and pay for the room in full to get access to to the room. Bottom line is the hotel received the money and clearly didnt do a proper inspection of the condition of the room since they didnt know that the damn shower head was missing! I reget not putting my family in another hotel. The experience was terrible! Dont watse you money here folks. This place is nothing but a polished turd! "
