「Straight forward apartment style rooms. Somewhat sterile feel to the experience, but clean and comfortable enough. Would consider again for business travel.」

They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. 「Room was not ready upon arrival. Could not check in until after 5 pm, even though I did a pre check in and it stated that the room was ready. Staff said they would contact me when it was ready but I had to go back in and see was it ready.」
