「Clean, comfortable and great location」

「Almarela apartments was very cute and spacious. It was not in the middle of all the sites but close enough to most places where walking was very doable. I would recommend this spot if you’re staying in Porto.」

「water pressure for shower is seriously inadequate. restaurant staffs for breakfast are not friendly and not helpful. others are quite good.」

「Friendly front desk, but room cleaning needs improvementThe reception staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement. A cleaning staff member accidentally broke a cup in our room, but left numerous glass shards all over the floor and even some on the bed, which was quite dangerous. Fortunately, after we reported the issue to the reception, another staff member came immediately and cleaned everything up thoroughly. While the quick resolution...

「I can’t say enough good things about staying at Canto de Luz. Hannah, Susana, McKenzie, and everyone there were so kind, warm, and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect- close to restaurants and sites but far away enough to also be relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and felt like eating a homecooked meal at home. Susana and Hannah took their time to make sure our check-in went smoothly through email and in-person when we...

「What a find! This was a truly excellent place to stay in Porto. Really well positioned, everything was within walking distance. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and huge. It was well stocked with amenities, including a Nespresso machine. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small continental offering, with eggs cooked to order, perfect for a trip to Porto, as you definitely don't want to fill up on breakfast! I will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to...

「Nice hotel with great location!」

「非常好，酒店員工服務很好，很樂意回答問題」

「Excellent location. Good studio with nice bathroom, built in kitchen with dishwasher etc. Property behind some metal mesh so didn’t realise we were at correct place at first. Should the PIN code for the communal entrance be the same for the door? Bar nearby pretty noisy at night. Small ants by wall and table. Would we stay again- yes but with earplugs and please use ant powder.」

「Nice design. But someone came to my room during the night time. It surprised me. The reception staffs were so friendly and helpful. They answered my questions promptly and responsively.」
