Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. 「We spent the last 5 out of 14 nights in Costa Rica at The W and it was the perfect way to wind down and end the trip! The staff were truly amazing- so kind and attentive, friendly, knew our names and room number by like the 2nd day. All of the restaurants were very fun and offered a wide variety of food. The breakfast buffet was great! Cocktails were all delicious. Lots of fun free fitness and cooking classes. We would absolutely return :)」
