「At first, it was difficult to find the property so make sure you go up two flights of stairs and ring the doorbell. Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating you got a bed-and-breakfast feel at this place. She woke up early to make us coffee and get us breakfast before our 8 o’clock tour, ordered us a taxi and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms could use a little bit more pillows and in the common area could use more air-conditioning but overall, I would highly recommend...

「Multiple things that were not mentioned on the listing. 1) The hotel is on a main road that is very busy and loud. It's worrying when you walk in to your room and you see earplugs provided for your stay. 2) There are about 6 steep steps down to get in to the property. Then there are about 10 narrow twisted stairs to get back up to the one floor of rooms (large suitcases barely fit). 3) Interesting European style walk-in shower with no door so water will go everywhere. 「The location is amazing. Our balcony overlooked the Piazza Navona. It was close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and when giving instructions to cab drivers, we just told them to take us to the Piazza Navona. We could find gelato, amazing restaurants, and gift shops just a few steps from our room. At night we would take our gelato out on the balcony and relax and just people watch.」
