Staffs are friendly but they won’t be at desk all times, no problem communicating with them through WhatsApp when needed. Free breakfast are great. Very quiet. Rooms are spacious And location is great , pretty much middle of the city and within 15-20 mins for walking to attractions

At first, it was difficult to find the property so make sure you go up two flights of stairs and ring the doorbell. Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating you got a bed-and-breakfast feel at this place. She woke up early to make us coffee and get us breakfast before our 8 o’clock tour, ordered us a taxi and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms could use a little bit more pillows and in the common area could use more air-conditioning but overall, I would highly recommend this place. It is very close to the castle and Vatican, but definitely a taxi cab to the train station or Spanish steps. There is plenty of restaurants, coffee, shops, and bars in the area.

This property was in a great location, we were able to walk to everything and the bus stop was right there that we used to take to the train station. She was so nice and assisted us with recommendations, booking a taxi, and even made you whatever coffee and eggs you wanted. It was a central location and very welcoming!
