"This hotel is in the middle of everywhere in New York. And staying here just felt so convenient. The staff was great and the cookies were amazing"

"The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station. The only downside I would say is having purchase their breakfast add on. They have a diner onsite and I assume we were getting at least eggs and toast or something similar with the add on. Our voucher included a coffee or juice and a pastry. That’s what they considered to be the continental breakfast and in my opinion was a rip off for the extra money we had to pay for “breakfast “ add on. Besides that the hotel was in prime location and we would stay here again."

"Very welcoming, It was in a great and easy to get to area- an easy walk from Penn Station! . Off the beaten path yet very close to Broadway, 5th and Park ave. The staff were very accommodating, I arrived early and was able to get early check in. The room was comfortable for me. It would be a bit cramped for a couple, but the picture of the room was exactly how the room looked. I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was delicious, although the potatoes were a bit salty for my pallet. I would stay again if I ever get to the city."
