「Staff were friendly, room is very outdated and had a strange smell. Beds were average, shower was good. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fantastic, we paid £120 for one night stay with breakfast but not sure it’s quite worth that to be honest. Wouldn’t stay here again.」

It was very hot and only one window would open. Electrical sockets were hard to access or did not work. Furniture felt mismatched to room and oddly arranged. Kettle was practically hidden on a low table in the corner in order to be near a socket. Bathroom floor was in very poor state and needs replacing. Basin plug did not work...

「I paid higher price for a room with a private bathroom, unfortunately the private bathroom is not in my room, my wife and I had to walk across the public landing, passing another room door, to get to the “private bathroom”. There are small insects too, we don’t mind the spiders, but the flies are quite annoying.」
