「Pool was enjoyable. Rooms modern and very clean, comfortable bed and spacious. Staff very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Somerset West. Location also convenient and close enough to the highways to Stellenbosh and to the N2 to Cape Town or George. 」

「Gorgeous boutique hotel! Our superior king room was huge w all amenities, even its own pool! Would have been lovely for the pool to be heated slightly to make it usable but lovely to have a private courtyard. Staff were excellent & breakfasts delicious. Highly recommend. 」

「Amazing stay - the villa was huge, well-equipped, and clean. A separate bedroom balcony & large patio area looked upon a lake and the mountains of Franschhoek - beautiful! We didn't use the pool, but it looked great from a distance. In-suite laundry was a game changer, and though we didn't use it, the full kitchen could be useful. I'd say here again in a heartbeat.」

「I am a repeat visitor to Pontac. A lovely place to spend time at, especially outside on the stoep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, wonderful views of the mountains surrounding Paarl. Definite value for money. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, it is okay, but could use some attention.」
