「We stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues. - We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem. - Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green....

「This facility was as advertised. It is a large multifaceted estate with good wines which you can taste as part of your reservation. Our room has a wonderful view of the gardens and the hills beyond.」

「Lovely high spec cottage. Clean and new interiors. A romantic stay for couples but we had a three year old! Peaceful and quiet location. A short drive to shops and not too far to some good vineyards. Breakfast was quite nice but would be good to have a helpful option. My daughter loved the trampoline and small playground. Felt like a safe location. I’d recommend taking the hotel up on their offer of starting the hot tub for arrival as I couldn’t manage it!」

「I was met by the doggy patrol who shepherded me to reception. The host, Bob was genial and helpful with itinerary planning. A very comfortable room and expect the pet donkey and pony to act as morning alarm. I hope i will pass through and stay again」

「호텔이 오래되어 약간씩 수리가 필요한 부분이 있습니다. 방문도 매끄럽게 잘 닫히지 않고, 에어컨도 히터 기능이 동작하지 않습니다. 우스터 지역의 수도 문제인지 물도 약간의 흙탕물입니다. 그 외에는 나쁘지 않지만 조금 개선한다면 더 좋을거 같습니다. 」

「Amazing stay and amazing staff at Avondrood. Our room was fabulous and well appointed. The included breakfast was great, and it was nice to have a bar on site for an evening drink. Avondrood is well located in beautiful Franschhoek and an easy to walk to restaurants and shops. My wife and I walked in the evening to restaurants in town and felt safe walking back at night. The setting within the Winelands is spectacular and Avondrood was a great jumping off point to explore many estates and...

「Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 」
