"Airport shuttle was right in front, fast, super easy. Breakfast was delicious. My room was great. The driveway in front of the hotel is a bit congested for when you check in. But staff were fantastic and helpful and cheerful. I would stay here again. "

"I booked a room here as they have a shuttle service from LAX and I have stayed here in the past. After an 11 hour flight from London I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle and every time I called the hotel it was busy. I ended up taking a taxi at an additional £35 and when I got to the hotel, they said they were having issues with the phones. They apologised for not collecting me and when I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. Plus a few other issues"

"Breakfast is fine, fresh fruits, waffles, yogurt, but protein items could be better, it was bacon and eggs everyday that we were there. They they need to add water to the oatmeal also. The room is clean but they will only come and clean it if you request it. They gave new towel but did not make our bed. No lotion. "
