"The room was not properly turned down prior to check-in. We were not advised housekeeping had to be scheduled before 9:30am. It took an entire day and 5 attempts to get wash clothes. The female front desk manager was phenomenal and a bright spot. The facilities are nice and the staff is nice as well. The location is great with access to airport and a short walk or drive to the Beach"

"I would’ve recommended this hotel just based on the tangible features available at this price range - continental breakfast, fitness center, underground parking. Great value for the price. But what sold me on this hotel was the staff and their reaction to a major problem we had. We awoke at 4:00 am to catch a plane home. In our hurry to leave, my wife’s beautiful diamond earrings fell down the sink drain. Tequila, the night clerk, took control, retrieved earrings with the help of the maintenance staff and gave them to our daughter while we we airborne. We are eternally grateful. "
