「Front desk staff was unprofessional and frankly a little rude during the check out process. Gave us unsolicited advice and complained about not having enough hands to take care of our checkout. 」

「Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!」

「Good room and service …….」

「The ambience, the location and the view are unbeatable. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can revisit in the future!」
