「I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help. A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day ! 」

「Hotel Matthiol is located in a quiet area which takes around 15 mintues by the hotel shuttle bus. We have the fondue for dinner inside an outdoor transparent tent which is very special and romantic. The service of the staff is excellent. It takes around 10 mins walk from the hotel to the downtown and cable car to the Matterhorn. The view from the balcony of our room is just fine since it’s not facing to the Matterhorn. The only required improvement is the water leakage problem of the shower...

「飯店離策馬特火車站有一段距離，如果有行李務必要搭乘計程車。但飯店的位置離馬特洪峰又更近，很適合想要一早追日出的人，並且飯店早餐很棒，我還會想要再住一次。」

「Friendly staff. I can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony of my room. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Location is good, only 10 minutes away from the station. 」
