「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...

「酒店位置距離Zermatt 車站只是數分鐘步程。一踏進酒店，已得到前台職員親切友善的招待。所入住的房間很大，前後均有露台，且裝修很美，床鋪整潔舒適。住宿期間已包早餐， 美中不足的是，房間內沒有提供電熱水煲和雪櫃等設施，似乎都沒有空調（因沒有看到任何出風口），要打開窗門才可。但綜合各方面後，也給予很高評價！ 」

「Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...
