Had a wonderful 2 nights at Hotel Mountain Paradise. Great view of the Matterhorn from our room 304. Breakfast had a very nice selection. Very close to the Little Matterhorn gondola. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was right near the gondolas and only a 15 minute walk into town. The views of the Matterhorn were amazing from the room! And the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff in the reception is very nice and accommodating, breakfast selections are all good. The best part is the view of the Matterhorn in the balcony of our room and in the dining area. Overall, we had a great stay.

A great location in Zermatt away from the commercial area. Also a great view of the Matterhorn! Getting a room with a mountain view is definitely worth it! We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. Breakfast was included and was excellent !

It was so close to Bussio and the tram and they were so helpful on where to go and what time were best. They also offered a lunch sandwich we could make at breakfast for only 4 $ They were very kind to store our bags for several hours before we left for the day

This place was absolutely perfect! Assuming you’ll be arriving at the train station, the bus to bring you to Mountain Paradise is super easy to find - the stop is right across the street. The room that we had was perfection. It was exactly what I imagined for a vacation in Switzerland. The staff was kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Worth every penny!

Amazing views, hotel is away from the main street and the crowds, which was exactly what we were looking for! The room on the top floor had unbeatable view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was also great with many options to choose from (cereal, breads and pastries, fruit, cold oatmeal). The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable

It was perfect, I felt comfortable and relaxed like at home. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. There is also a sauna and a steam sauna available, which is nice to use, especially in this cold weather. Also the room and the hotel were very clean. The only thing that I missed was a kettle in the room for coffee and tea.

3 min walk to the Furi lift, ski shop. 4 nice restaurants within 2-5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 min walk into town, or bus stop in front of the hotel (we always walked, which was lovely). Rooms were a good size. Bed was very comfy. Steam/sauna was very nice. Nice breakfast. And perfect view of the Matterhorn.

Zermatt has traffic down here and there in Jun. due to flood, there’s still some impact there, like the nearest bus stops. But staff there is very friendly and helpful, we could have convenient stay. The hotel is small, everything is well equipped. And The view and atmosphere are very nice.

Great hotel. Nice views of the Matterhorn. Quiet and safe. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is great too. The hotel is close to the gondola but a good 20 min walk to the town. There is a convenient bus that takes you to the town for free but only until 8pm. Zermatt is very safe and easy to walk around. We went with our parents and kids and had a great time. Hope to come back soon.
