For a ‘budget’ room it was fantastic, the food at the breakfast buffet was great, also ate at Dudes, which had great service and great food and drink. The staff at the reception desk were so kind and helpful. Had a fantastic stay!

Great hotel, we would go back again. Breakfast was great, music at night was awesome, good size rooms, playroom was fun for the kids, pool was nice. Very nice stay, for a great price. 10 min walk to lift, or 3 min walk to free bus.

We thought this was the perfect hotel in Zermatt. Walkable to train station, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, sauna, and breakfast was fantastic. We wish we had been able to stay many days longer.

a family room located between ground floor and basement was very spacious which should fit for a group of 4-6 for relatively a long stay like a week. Unfortunately this time we only stayed a night but would have been great with a few more nights. The hotel has been renovated recently and facility wise everything is neat and clean.
