「The hotel is amazing with beautiful views. Everything is very clean. We have a mountain view that was breathtaking and the beach was litterally right across the street. I wish the pool area played better music as the music they played were from the 1950s-1970s. No pool activities but the heated pool was a nice touch especially when it was cooler outside. Breakfast was also very good with lots of variety along with an omlette bar. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations 」

「酒店临街，大堂很小，但服务生都很棒，多数能听懂英语，房间布局合理，床单和被子略差，房间视野很好，临近有大街小巷可以散步，附近有美术博物馆。酒店早餐超级棒，服务生尤其好。」

「This hotel is ideally located on Copacabana beach. It is modern in design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were no iron or ironing boards! This was a complete surprise as despite being a seasoned traveller, I have never come across this, certainly not in a hotel of this calibre. Also, in the room, the coffee facilities were there, but the pods were chargeable! When you are paying to stay in a suite, I would have expected them to be free. 」

「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」
